There are 4 components to each class – designed somewhat differently based on the age and needs of the dogs.

	Puppy Kindergarten  This is a 6 - week class designed to cover the basics of puppy training and care. Puppies are between 10 weeks and 6 months. The initial focus of these classes is to provide intensive socializing opportunities and exercises for the puppies to encourage a sense of confidence and reduce fear.
	Puppy II Class This class is designed for older puppies between 6 and 12 months. This is a 6-week class with an initial focus on making sure the puppy has well developed social skills. There will be plenty of on and off-leash interaction, socializing activities and supervised playtime with the other puppies and their owners. This is the time to manage fear and aggression before it becomes a problem.
	Advanced Puppy Class This class is designed for older puppies between 6 and 18 months with good prior training experience and skill level. This challenging 6-week class focuses on basic obedience. There will be still be plenty of on and off-leash socializing and supervised playtime with the other puppies and their owners, but we will spend more time working in this clas building a more reliable "recall" from a distance and with distractions.
	Adult Canine Class Adult Canine class is designed for dogs and owners, 1 year and older with some prior training experience. It consists of 6 sessions and will focus primarily on basic obedience skill training. We will help you to become familiar with simple training techniques using voice and hand cues and establish and expand your dog's attention span, which by age 1 and above is often difficult to do. This class is even more important for the trainer (owner) in some ways than it is for the dogs.
	Advanced Obedience Class  (AKC Canine Good Citizen Certifcation Class)   Advanced Obedience Class is designed for dogs that have been through prior training with Good Citizen Canine or another "reputable" group and already has a dependable level of skill. Dogs and owners who have not been through prior training with Good Citizen Canine will be evaluated prior to enrollment for Advanced Obedience.
	Growly Class GROWLY CLASS is specifically for dogs that have aggression or aggressive tendencies toward other dogs. The class is designed to deal (primarily) with dogs on leash and to teach the owners to be able to be good "handlers" when confronted with "growly" situations with their dog. The class will instill a sense of confidence in the owner/handler by giving you a thorough background in the different types of dog-to-dog aggression, helping to clarify your dog's type and to enable you to respond effectively when these behaviors are demonstrated. You will also learn and be able to identify when dogs are being friendly and when they are not through in-class demonstrations of friendly behaviors between dogs on and off leash.
	Slick Tricks - for dogs of all sizes and ages Every dog should have a few tricks up his or her sleeve! Have a great time with your dog while teaching a variety of tricks chosen with your dog's particular personality and physique in mind. We cover a wide variety of fun tricks including (but, not limited to): spin, paw, take a bow, sit pretty, wave, hi five, rollover, jumps, weaving between your legs, and we take requests for additional tricks best suited to your dog! We use positive reinforcement utilizing luring and free shaping techniques. This course is a great pre-cursor to agility, therapy dog certification and a potential career as a dog star! Teaching tricks is a great way to enhance your relationship with your dog, to improve overall canine manners and your skills as a trainer while having a blast!
